We will accompany you on your real estate walk-thru and offer consultation on various aspects of the property. Our consultant will give a running narrative throughout the walk-through. Legally, this is nothing like a home inspection and there is no report generated. This is a informal consultation that is designed to give you more leverage at closing.

A walk through consultation is very informal. Information from a walk and talk is up to you, the client, to transcribe and take to closing. These visits are no longer than one hour.
